Welcome to Tyndale Arts 2024
Showcasing affordable art from the Dursley Area
10.30am - 4.30pm*
Tyndale Arts is an annual art trail that brings together artists, makers and visitors in the vibrant town of Dursley. Every year in October, we host a weekend of exhibitions and events in multiple venues across town.
Launched in 2017, we've grown rapidly to become one of the most popular art trails in the region. We showcase the best of local talent and are passionate about connecting artists with the community. Join us for our next event and experience the unique atmosphere of Tyndale Arts
Featured Exhibitor
Debs Harrison
Deborah is an international award-winning contemporary sculptor who specialises in stone. With a background in Biological Sciences and teaching, Deborah discovered stone carving in her middle years at an arts festival and went on to study sculpting with the Open College Network in Bristol. She was then accepted for UWE’s BA in Fine Art, where she developed the method of ‘carving direct’ in contrast to the conceptually focused methods that were being taught. After being accepted into the Gloucester Stonemason’s Carving Festival, by concession, and securing the highest bid for her piece at the auction, she enrolled for a diploma in stone masonry at Bath City College after which she turned professional.
