Hi, I'm Claire - a fine art painter, illustrator and printmaker.

After graduating from The London Institute and working for over 20 years in the corporate world, in October 2020 after being made redundant as part of large-scale COVID19 company cuts, I finally took the plunge to do something I had always wanted to do - and set myself up as a 'real' working artist!

Since I began this journey last year, the response to my work has blown me away. People have been so positive and encouraging. It’s been an incredible yet terrifying few months!

Currently I dedicate part of my week to private commissions and the remainder developing my own work. My great passion is wildlife and the natural world - so living in Dursley, and being out in nature everyday walking my Jack Russell Bob, provides a constant barrage of inspiration and ideas.
