My art is a way of bringing together my passion for nature and for painting. I'm largely self-taught but have benefited from the advice and guidance of other artists along the way. I began painting when my children were young, for relaxation. Many years later I'm able to devote a little more time and work from my home studio in South Glos. I work in acrylic and mixed media, inspired by the British countryside. My subjects span flora, fauna, landscape and seascape.
