Simon Lloyd, BA hons architecture, builder/designer; recent works are inspired by landscape, geography and geology. Works include media's in watercolour, oil and acrylic paint depicting countryside, trails, coasts and woodland subjects in all seasons. Larger pieces are produced from plein-air sketchs, illustrations and photos. Still life and life drawing studies also make up the portfolio. Influences include Tom Tompson, the Hudson River School, the Impressionist an Abstract Impressionist movements.
