02 October 2026, time dependent on venue, but usually from 10am

Exhibition Weekend

3-4 October 2026, 10am - 4.30pm both days (can vary depending on venue)

Taking down

4 October 2025 4.30pm onwards

Commission payment deadline

1 November 2026
